Most orders are sent by UPS next day delivery. This does not include weekends. In busy times delivery may take a couple days more. If you have not received within 5 working days (excluding weekends) please let us know.
Orders placed and cleared before 1pm will usually be sent the same day Monday to Friday. If you place and order after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend it will not be sent until Monday.
Spare parts will be sent by Royal Mail post.
Very large generators will be sent on a pallet via Palletways.
You will be emailed your tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you did not receive the email you can login to your account to check the tracking number.
