You asked and we listened! We were always asked to make a light weight mobility scooter that can fold down to easily fit inside the boot of a car. And after a year of designing, manufacturing and testing it is finally here. The all new X5 has a very neat trick. Just press the button and like a Transformer the scooter folds itself down into a neat little cube. Press the unfold button and it will unfold itself. We managed to get the weight down to 24kgs, so much easier to pick up than other ones.

The battery is easily removeable so can be removed for convenient charging. It has all the features you would expect such as simple controls with one large lever to go forward and one to go backward. When the lever is released the brake automatically comes on so it will not roll forwards or backwards unintentionally. It can climb up 12 degrees and has rear anti roll safety wheels so will not tip back. The handlebar height is adjustable and the range per charge is 10-15km.

Is it brand new?

Yes it is brand new from the factory.

Yes it comes with a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Our service centre is in the UK to serve any warranty needs.

Orders received before 1pm are usually sent the same day by next working day courier. So if you ordered on Monday morning you should receive on Tuesday. Orders received after 1pm are sent the next day. So if you ordered on Monday afternoon it would be sent on Tuesday. We do not send or deliver on the weekends so orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday.

Yes it comes with a CE approved charger with UK plug.

The UK Civil Aviation Authority rule is that the battery must be less than 300Wh to be taken on a plane. This one’s battery is 240Wh (24v x 10Ah) so should be ok. Some airlines require the battery to be removed and this one has a removeable battery so also ticks this box. Each airline has their own rules though so ultimately you much check with your specific airline to see what their rules are for mobility scooters.
