Is there warranty?
Yes it comes with a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Our service centre is in the UK to serve any warranty needs.
How long is delivery?
Orders received before 1pm are usually sent the same day by next working day courier. So if you ordered on Monday morning you should receive on Tuesday. Orders received after 1pm are sent the next day. So if you ordered on Monday afternoon it would be sent on Tuesday. We do not send or deliver on the weekends so orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes it comes with a CE approved charger with UK plug.
Do I need a driving license?
No you do not need a driving license to drive a mobility scooter.
Do I need to register the scooter with the DVLA?
This scooter can be used on pavements and public places but not on the actual road and therefore it does not need to be registered with the DVLA.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is not legally required to drive a mobility scooter.

It’s going to be fun learning. Ideal around town pavements, be careful at kerbs. As engineer looks well designed and constructed, NB 12” front/10” rear wheels, not 8”. 40kg to load vehicle, maybe one end at a time? Seat easy to put feet down. Not used yet, pleasantly surprised at high visual quality and finish. Will use in town, increase distance to find usable range as battery is integral, not removable? New to this game, wish me well!

Getting this scooter has been an absolute game changer! I was run over by a motorbike flipped in the air & hit an on coming car. I can no longer use my left leg & before getting this scooter I was house bound for 3 months. Contacted this company and ordered the scooter online and was struck by the competitive pricing and the detailed description of each of the sale items. The scooter arrived very fast and was carried into the house by polite and kind delivery drivers. The scooter came partially constructed, however the seat and steering were very simple to fit armed with the small toolkit provided. Don’t forget to fit the fuse under the floor panel or the power won’t come on.
I would also be very careful when first using the throttle as the torque is pretty powerful for a vehicle that only travels at 4mph. The scooter has a pretty loud horn and the lights are functional. One addition I would make would be a red rear light as the fitted one only operates when the brake is applied. Apart from that I couldn’t be happier and soon found out that there are a myriad of accessories that can be bought to make the scooters operation more user friendly. I have fitted a mobile phone holder, a walking stick clip and an additional headlamp for the scottish winter months. The scooter has both forward and reverse facilities and is pretty marvellous for pavement/shopping areas. The machine is able to be folded down and stored in the boot of a reasonable sized car. My car is a Puegeot 2008 and it fits well into that boot space. What I would say is that the scooter is pretty heavy and may be difficult for some to lift up. All in all a great basic scooter at a price that is hard to beat. I hope this review is helpful.

I was a bit jubious at first ordering one the scooters with all these scam pages, but I took the chance and I am so so pleased I did, I got a 3 wheeler scooter off these and i absolutely love it, it is easy to put together and it is easy enough to ride, the only downside fall is it don’t have mirrors or indicators on it but it is well worth the money ????

Brilliant mobility scooter. I got this for my dad as his mobility isn’t the best. I ordered it on Monday 13th May and it arrived on Thursday the 16th, so very quick. My dad was so pleased with it and now he can get about no problem. The price was really great .
