This electric mobility scooter has been built for comfort and convenience. It is legal to use it on pavements or in public places such as shopping centres and parks without a license.This is an upgraded version with a removeable battery. It means for example the scooter could be left in the car and just the battery removed for charging.The scooter is easy to use with one large lever to go forward and one to go backward. When the lever is released the brake automatically comes on so it will not roll forwards or backwards unintentionally. It can climb up 12 degrees and has rear anti roll safety wheels so will not tip back. It comes with a carry basket included and a large front LED headlight for your convenience. The padded seat is comfy and can swivel making getting on and off easier. The seat height is adjustable and so is the handlebar stem which can be moved forwards and backwards so you can pick the most comfy riding position. There is a large bumper on the front to help protect the scooter if you accidentally bump into anything. The 24V 12AH battery will give a range of around 10-15KM per charge.

Is it brand new?
Yes it is brand new from the factory.
Is there warranty?
Yes it comes with a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Our service centre is in the UK to serve any warranty needs. A longer optional 3 year warranty is available when purchasing.
What if I have a problem with the scooter?
If there is a problem with the scooter in the warranty period we will usually send an engineer to your house to repair it. If it is not possible for the engineer to fix at your house then we will arrange for it to be collected and brought back to our waorkshop for it to be repaired and sent back to you.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes it comes with a CE approved charger with UK plug.
Do I need a driving license?
No you do not need a driving license to drive a mobility scooter.
Do I need to register the scooter with the DVLA?
If you want to use your scooter on the roads then you need to register it with the DVLA. Registration is free and easy. You can read our registration guide here: zippermobilityscooters.com/dvla-registration
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is not legally required to drive a mobility scooter but is highly recommended.

A very good scooter. Received the scooter, did the simple assembly. The battery box seemed quite hard to pull off, but after seeing it on line it was quite easy, just pull hard. Charged the battery in the kitchen then put it back on and took the scooter out, The scooter is very good.
