Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned unopened and in a resalable condition. You are also responsible if there is any courier damage when returning so we would advise to take out insurance with your courier. If the goods are returned in a worse condition than delivered to you then a deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover the loss in value.

Returns Within 30 Days As You Changed Your Mind

We offer an extended returns window of 30 days from the purchase date if you change your mind. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned unopened and in a resalable condition. You are also responsible if there is any courier damage when returning so we would advise to take out insurance with your courier. If the goods are returned in a worse condition than delivered to you then a refund can not be given.

Returns Within 30 Days As You Believe There Is A Fault

If a fault develops within 30 days you are entitled to a refund or repair. Please return to us for inspection by the engineers. If a manufacturing fault is found then you will be refunded your return postage up to £40. Please send a copy of your return postage receipt. You can also choose if you wish to receive a refund or free repair. If the engineers find there is no manufacturing fault or damage caused by misuse then your return postage will not be refunded and you will not be entitled to a refund or free repair. You would need to pay the postage to have the item returned back to you.

Faults After 30 Days

The products come with a 12 months return to base warranty. The buyer must cover the returns cost and provide tracking information. If a fault is found then the product will be repaired and sent back to you. If the fault is found to be not caused by a manufacturing fault and has been caused by user error or general wear and tear then there will be a charge for the repair. Some products need to be maintained and serviced as per the manual. If the product has not been serviced as per the maintenance guide it will void the warranty. Using a product in a commercial environment will greatly increase wear and tear compared to normal use. If a product has failed due to heavy use for commercial purposes then the warranty period will be reduced or voided based on the condition of the product and discretion of the engineers.
